Choreographer

Working with Enrique Roel gave me the chance to meet a composer with ample Ballet understanding, which is something odd nowadays as composers generally face these productions by their own, without the expertise of a choreographer.
A brief description of my ideas sufficed for Roel to understand the choreographic setting I suggested, thus immediately creating a cozy atmosphere and solid artistic bonds.
That was the beginning of a series of choreographic realizations with Enrique Roel, including didactic samples for students at the Colon Opera House Superior Institute, commissioned to perform in several countries overseas, including Russia, and Japan.
Roel’s sensitivity is of great value for choreographers, since in my particular case, his music enabled my choreography to transmit wide aspects of our southern tradition, already totally rooted in our personality.
