THE INTERPRETATION WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE BUENOS AIRES SYMPHONIC BAND, UNDER THE BATON OF MAESTRO JEAN REIS (BRAZIL).

In January 2005, Roel was invited to the "Music nas Montanhas" Festival in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gearais, Brazil, where he conducted his "Imaginario" Symphonic Band Overture. These are his words:

When I was a kid, family love and discord on rainy Saturdays ended up in our neighborhood movies.

As the afternoon faded into early evening, I settled myself in those sticky brownish chairs and dived into the screen, sometimes to kill the bad guy of the moment, sometimes to love the English-speaking girl of my dreams, but always to become the hero again!

Playing with this kaleidoscope of images, I have created IMAGINARY, like a Fantastic Overture for Symphonic Band, where melodies and their colors approach, almost, an instant of the world and, awaiting for the next meeting, the kid in the story plays homage to the movies.
